TERMS & CONDITIONS – LITTLE BORROWED THREADS

Welcome to Little Borrowed Threads. By booking or hiring items from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Hire Agreement
All items remain the property of Little Borrowed Threads.
The hire period begins on the delivery date and ends on the agreed return date.
Items must be returned in the same condition (normal wear and tear accepted).
2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Prices listed include standard cleaning and sanitisation between hires.
Any additional fees (e.g., late returns or damages) will be charged after inspection.
3. Delivery & Collection
We delivery and drop off all Auckland orders.
Delivery fees apply and are calculated at checkout.
Items must be ready for collection on the agreed date and time.
Customers are responsible for being available to receive delivery.
4. Cleaning & Care
All items are cleaned and sanitised before each hire.
We ask that items are returned free of heavy stains or damage.
A cleaning fee may apply if items are returned in unreasonable condition.
5. Damage or Loss
Customers are responsible for the care of all hired items during the hire period.
A replacement or repair fee may be charged for any damage, loss, or theft.
Normal wear and tear is not considered damage.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 48 hours before delivery will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery are non-refundable.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
7. Liability
Little Borrowed Threads is not responsible for any injury or accident arising from the misuse of hired items.
Customers are responsible for using all equipment safely and as intended.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy and only use your information for processing bookings, payments, and communication.
We do not share your information with third parties, except as required by law.
