Here’s a rundown on how our Borrow & Return system works.
Browse & Book
Click on “Browse & Book” to explore our available essentials from newborn to 12 months. Choose from a range of popular items such as onesies, swaddles, bassinets and more.
Simply book online by selecting what you need, the duration you intend to use items and before you check out, ensure you add when you would like your items delivered.
Drop Off & Local Delivery
Once your order has been placed, you will receive your confirmation email while we prepare your selected items ensuring they are cleaned, sanitised and packaged ready to go.
Delivery:
Auckland residence, when you book our big items (bassinets/capsules/stroller) along with smaller items, we will personally deliver these to you to ensure no damage to items occur but also, to guarantee your items arrive on the day you booked it for.
Otherwise, all orders will be delivered through local delivery service and your tracking number sent to you.
Use & Return
Enjoy the gear for the duration you booked it, if you wish to extend, please advise us asap so we can arrange something for the next person who has booked. Additional charges apply.
Otherwise, once you’re done, we will arrange pick up between 10am-8pm for Auckland residence.
Outside Auckland, we will arrange delivery pick up.
